You could substitute the cream for milk, but the cream adds a wonderful texture.
1) Cream butter and peanut butter until smooth.
2) Add powdered sugar and half of the cream.
3) Add vanilla, salt, and remaining cream.
4) Blend until smooth.
Makes enough frosting for a 9 x 13 cake or layer cake.

Delicious! The texture is smooth and fluffy yet it’s thick enough to hold peaks. Awesome on a chocolate cake, this recipe will definitely be a repeat.
