Description

Treat yourself with this delicious and relatively healthy gluten-free and vegan dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
  • Few Sprinkles Of Sea Salt
  • ½ cups Dark Or Bittersweet Chocolate Chips Or Chunks
  • ½ cups Dried Shredded Coconut (optional)

Preparation

In a medium sized bowl mix almond butter, rolled oats, raw honey, and a few sprinkles of sea salt until well combined. Add the dark chocolate chips and gently combine.

Scoop out mixture with a tablespoon and roll between your palms until it looks like a little golf ball. Repeat rolling the rest of the mixture into balls.

Keep as is or, to prevent them from sticking to each other, roll them in dried shredded coconut. You can also roll them in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.

Variation: You could always swap out the chocolate for raisins for a treat that is less sweet.

These were easy (and fun!) to make and a perfect treat! I rolled them in unsweetened coconut- great suggestion!
