The possibilities with this pie are endless! Feel free to change up the flavors to your liking. This version is a low-carb one using sugar free or lite ingredients but you can make it full fat if you like. I’ve made strawberry, raspberry, and lime. Going to go make a pumpkin version now!!
Boil the 1/4 cup of water. Mix it with the flavored gelatin in a medium bowl. Mix until gelatin is dissolved.
Add the 2 containers of yogurt in the same flavor as your gelatin. Mix well.
Add the entire tub of Cool Whip to the mixture, and fold to incorporate all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into your pie crust and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Note: The yogurt gives this a tangy flavor that’s great! I just made lime jello, with key lime yogurt in a shortbread crust to serve with a Latin meal! Yummy!!
