Description

This ice cream needs only 4 ingredients and no ice cream machine! To make it fast, you can use pre-cut, frozen fruit. Since this “ice cream” melts faster than regular ice cream, make sure to enjoy right away!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Cantaloupe
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Milk, Or More If Needed
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Start at a low speed. Tamp down while blending. If needed, add up to another 2 tablespoons almond milk.

Scoop into chilled bowls and serve immediately.
