Description

Tasty, emergency brownie! Whenever you’re, like, “CHOCOLATE. CAKE. NOW,” this is your recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients together in a large coffee mug and stir into a smooth texture. Put the mug in your microwave (700 watt), heat and watch the magic for about 3 minutes.

Turn out your brownie onto a small plate (attention: the mug might be hot!) and decorate with sugar confetti, liquid chocolate or whipped cream and a cherry!

Good for a quick, sweet snack. Texture is a bit tough.

First one hit the trash…that was before I checked the wattage of my microwave! lol I agree it wasn’t too chocolatey and does have a different texture, but it would have been pretty fab if I had ice cream. I may try again with tweaks too!

This was pretty good, but it had an odd texture and not a very prominent chocolate flavor…I may try it again with some tweaks…thanks for the idea though
