This recipe uses just 2 ingredients to yield an incredible taste.
Add walnuts to a food processor and process on high until finely ground. Remove 1/4 of the ground walnuts and save for later.
Add dates to remaining ground walnuts and grind again until a dough begins to form. If mixture is too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water.
Form mixture into balls and repeat until no dough remains. Roll each ball into the 1/4 of the reserved ground walnuts.
