All you need to make 2-Ingredient Chocolate Pudding is dark chocolate and coconut milk. This luscious low-carb dessert is rich and incredibly mousse-like.
In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and chocolate over very low heat. Stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
Divide mixture between ½ cup mason jars. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve.
