Delightful on its own or served with pudding.
Mix the custard powder with a little bit of cold water to form a paste, Pour in the boiling water, place on the stove and whisk till it becomes thick. Add the condensed milk and vanilla. Place on the stove top again and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until ready to serve.

Hey you guys…we get custard powder here I don’t know what else to call it but it looks alot like cornflour(well the same texture just yellow)

I was going to ask the same question. We used to get frozen custard served like
dairy queen, only much better. Maybe instant Jello pudding?
