This is a super easy pasta sauce recipe that I put together. The tang of the yogurt makes it incredibly delicious. The serving size can be easily adjusted depending on how much sauce you’d like on your pasta.
Add the olive oil to a pan over medium heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Dice up your mushrooms and add them to the pan. Let cook for 5 minutes or until cooked down. Add in the basil and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes. Lower the heat to low and add the yogurt. Stir until thinned out and creamy. Serve over pasta of choice.
