Spoon over plain Greek yogurt for a tangy protein-packed simple dessert, or drizzle on ice cream, pancakes, pound cake, waffles or eat it by the spoonful!
In a small saucepan combine the berries, water, sugar and lemon juice. Heat on medium until the sauce boils. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
