Tomatillo Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette

Description
Excellent dressing or marinade.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Tomatillos, Peeled And Quartere
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- ½ bunches Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Green Chilis, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, Crushed
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cups White Vinegar
- ¼ cups Sesame Oil
Preparation
In a food processor or blender, combine everything but the vinegar and oil, and pulse. When you have a fine paste, slowly add the vinegar and oil and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
