Description

Serve this delicious spicy sauce over vegetables, chicken, rice or noodles or use it as a salad dressing for Asian-type salads.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Water
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce Or Tamari
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Wine Or Cooking Sherry
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice, Apple Cider Or Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Minced
  • 4 dashes Hot Chili Garlic Sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process till smooth, or combine in a bowl and whisk well, or use a hand blender. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Mmmm I’ve made something very similar to this and served it on soba noodles with veggies and tofu, so good!
