Description

This was originally intended to be a marinade, but we use it as a sauce too. You just need some vessel to get this in your face. We use shrimp, chicken, and lots of rice.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut
  • ½ cups Loosely Packed Cilantro
  • ¼ cups Asian Fish Sauce
  • 4 whole Garlic Cloves, Coarsely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 whole Small Red Chile

Preparation

Throw it all in a blender. Tada!
