A delicious sweet zippy dipping mustard to go with chicken strips, meatballs or any other finger food that is complemented by mustard. It can be spread on a sandwich or used to glaze the chicken you’re roasting. You can make it as spicy or plain as you wish.
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Whisk together till well blended. Cook over medium stirring constantly till thick and almost boiling. Pour into a sterilized canning jar. It will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge but I bet it won’t last that long!
