If you like spice and heat, like me, then this chutney is just for you. A very small amount of this chutney will heat up any simple meal.
Soak the chilies in a bowl of warm water (use enough water to cover chilies completely) for about 15 minutes. When the chilies get soft, drain off the water and put them in a blender with the garlic, sugar and salt. Blend them all together into a paste.
Put the chutney into a glass bottle and lastly, add olive oil. Shake well. Store the chutney in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Use it in a very small quantities as it is very hot!
