Super quick, seasonal and delicious, you won’t be able to get enough of this strawberry chia jam!
Add strawberries to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. The berries will heat through and begin to break down and bubble. As fruit softens, break it up even further with a fork or a potato masher.
Once fruit is cooked through, add chia seeds and lime juice. Mix thoroughly and then remove from heat. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
Once jam has cooled, pour into a Mason jar. Keep in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer up to 3 months.
