This yummy butter is great on everything from biscuits to waffles. Or just eat it straight out of the bowl like I’m tempted to do.
Before you begin, make sure all ingredients are at warm ROOM TEMPERATURE. This is crucial to your success and will keep frustration at a minimum! If your ingredients are too cool, they will not combine properly.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy and well combined. If mixture looks curdled, keep blending! When ingredients are well combined, chill.
Before serving, let mixture soften slightly at room temperature, so as to reach a more spreadable consistency.
Serve on biscuits, toast, croissants, rolls, waffles, pancakes—the possibilities are endless!
