During the summer, we use our grill A LOT. I wanted to make a marinade that was easy, but flavorful at the same time.
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. (I use a big measuring cup).
2. Pour into a gallon size, resealable plastic bag, over steaks (I marinated 4 with this amount). Place the bag in a loaf pan or dish (just in case the bag leaks or opens) and place into the refrigerator.
3. You can marinate the steaks for only 3 hours or up to 12 hours.
If you marinate the steaks for a long time, then you should shake or rotate the bag at least once to make sure every steak is covered in the marinade.
