This is so good on mashed potatoes. It’s a family favorite!
In a 10″ skillet on medium heat add butter. Once melted add light cream and milk, and whisk together well. Add flour and briskly whisk into mixture. Increase heat to medium high and keep stirring. The gravy will begin to thicken. Then add the pepper, stir and immediately serve.
My family loves this on mashed potatoes! Enjoy!
