This recipe is a basic guide which can be easily altered to suit your taste. It’s also incredibly simple and can be made with ingredients already in your pantry!
Place steaks into a sealable plastic bag.
Corsely chop cloves of garlic and toss into the bag with the steaks. Try to place half the garlic on one side of the steaks and half on the other for maximum flavor exposure.
Add soy sauce and olive oil to the bag.
As with the garlic, sprinkle both sides of the steak with seasoned salt.
Seal the bag and place in the fridge, flipping occasionally to redistrubute the soy sauce and oil.
Marinate the steaks for at least half an hour but no longer than four hours. Remember, the longer the steaks are left in the marinade, the saltier they will become.
