Delicious, and simple, this Mushroom Gravy comes together in a snap! Easy to make, and makes the perfect topping for almost any vegetable!
In a large saucepan on medium high heat, sauté sliced mushrooms in butter until soft and fragrant, about 8–10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a measuring cup, add beef broth and cornstarch, and whisk together to combine. Add beef broth mixture to pan. Add garlic powder, soy sauce, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat and slowly whisk gravy until it thickens and turns a darker shade, about 15–20 minutes, stirring often.
Serve immediately.
