This is a teriyaki sauce that we love in the Seattle area! It’s a bit thicker than typical teriyaki glazes. This is great served with rice and chicken as a more traditional teriyaki sauce, or as the sauce for a chicken and sauteed onion pizza.
1. Mix all ingredients except the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water in a sauce pan and begin heating over medium heat.
2. Mix cornstarch and cold water in a cup and dissolve. Add to sauce in pan.
3. Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
4. Add water to thin it if necessary.
5. Serve with rice and chicken as a more traditional teriyaki sauce, or as the sauce for a chicken and sauteed onion pizza.

It’s pretty universal, so I would think it would work just fine for stir fry or anything else! Sounds like a good way to try it next.
