Great glaze for either chicken or pork.
Mix all of the ingredients together with a wire whisk. Pour over chicken or pork and bake according to your preferred method.
This glaze is so great and versatile.
Applications: oven, crockpot, or grill.
Where I live, it is hard to find hot pepper jelly. When I find the jelly, I buy several. I use the jar for my measuring”cup”and mix 1/3 cups of the mustard and honey with 1/3 cup of the jelly and store the excess in the fridge in a covered container.
Your meat will be so tender and moist.
Don’t let the hot pepper jelly scare you away. You get the flavor, but not the heat.
