Accompanies the Crab Aspic recipe from “The Mom,” Geoff’s favorite mother-in-law!
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
This sauce is good for lobster, shrimp, crab, and fish.
Yields 1 1/4 cups, or 10 servings.
Note: 1/4 teaspoon dry tarragon may be substituted for the fresh tarragon.
