Well worth the wait. A rich and delicious spaghetti sauce.
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chopped garlic and onion and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add ground meat and cook until brown.
Stir in broth, crushed tomatoes, wine, basil, parsley, and oregano. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
Serve over hot pasta tossed with fresh basil.
