Great on top of tacos, burritos, enchiladas. I used this wonderful cream on the side of breaded baked chicken strips just recently and it was scrumptious!
On a clean work surface, cut avocado in half. Remove pit, scoop flesh out of each half, and place in a food processor in chunks. Add lemon juice concentrate and salt, and pulse processor several times. Add diced red chile, sour cream, cream cheese, and hot sauce. Run processor on high for several minutes to incorporate ingredients well.
Transfer to an airtight container until ready to serve.
This delicious cream has so many uses and complements many food options. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
