A sweet and spicy quick jam made with raspberries, chipotle peppers with a hint of garlic.
In a skillet over medium low heat, add all of your ingredients. Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. (To make seedless, or almost seedless, run jam through a sieve a few times by rubbing it with a back of a spoon.)
Let jam cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

All you need is some cream cheese!! and Ritz! Great stuff!
