We use this when we make tamales so that we have a variety of flavors, like pork, chicken, cheese, and rajas! This is so yummy and easy to make.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the poblano peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic at the same time. Stir often. When everything is soft, add the chicken bouillon cube and cilantro to taste and stir. Once everything is incorporated, add the cheese and stir until melted. Fill tamales or use as a taco filling.
