A versatile and quick Tomato Sauce, made in no time.
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir until browned. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, pepper, salt, oregano, and basil; stir to combine.
Lower the temperature to low and simmer for 30 minutes, until thickened and reduced to about 2 cups. Taste the sauce and add more salt and pepper according to your taste level.
Serve accompanied with pasta, on top of homemade pizza crust, and much more. Enjoy!
