Description

Spread this Pumpkin and Spice Compound Butter on bread, pancakes, dinner rolls and much more for an instant fall treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter (salted)
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Fresh Grated Nutmeg (1/4 Teaspoon If Using Dried Ground Nutmeg)

Preparation

1. In a food processor, place all ingredients. Process until everything is combined and smooth. If you do not have a food processor, set the butter at room temperature for 10 minutes, place in a bowl with remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To serve, spread on warm toast, bread, bagels, french toast, waffles—the possibilities are pretty much endless.
