Sweet and earthy, this simple pomegranate sage reduction will add a kick to chicken and turkey.
Pour juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the juice has reduced to just under half. Turn off heat and add the chopped sage. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Perfect to serve over sauteed, grilled or roasted chicken and turkey.
