Light and fresh pesto mayo.
1. Take basil, wash and pat dry.
2. Throw basil, olive oil and crushed garlic into a blender.
3. Blend together for about 3 minutes or until desired texture is met.
4. Take mayo and basil mixture and mix everything together. You can serve it hot or cold. Either way, it’s amazing!
You can use it as a dip or spread.
