Although simple, this peanut sauce is loaded with rich flavors of peanuts, toasted sesame, garlic, and ginger, with a nice hint of heat. Perfect for Pad Thai, stir-fry, teriyaki, satay, and more!
Makes 2 cups.
Peel and mince or grate ginger root. In a bowl, whisk everything together until combined well.
Serve with a rice noodle stir-fry, roasted veggies, satay, grilled tofu, chicken teriyaki, you name
it!
