Description

A sweet and (slightly) spicy peanut sauce for dipping Chicken Satay.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (chunky Or Smooth)
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ cups Sweet Red Chili (I Use Thai Kitchen Brand)

Preparation

Place peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl and heat on high until softened, about 20 seconds. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together. Slowly whisk mixture into the warmed peanut butter until fully incorporated. Serve warm or chilled.

Yields about one cup (four servings).
