A full-bodied, smoky-sweet flavored BBQ sauce that’s great for dips or as a pizza sauce.
Combine the first 6 ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes. Next add the diced peach and bell pepper. Stir and simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has a nice thick consistency, but still drips off a spoon easily. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate and enjoy within one week.
