Sweet and tangy with a hint of spice this fresh peach BBQ sauce is great for all meats!
Place all of the ingredients in a 4-quart pot and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Transfer the sauce to a blender or large food processor and blend until smooth and no chunks of peaches are visible. Make sure that you don’t fill the blender too full—leave space for the mixture to expand some. You may have to do this in stages to avoid spills.
Transfer the sauce to a bowl and let it cool before pouring into jars. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
This recipe will yield almost 1 quart of sauce.
