Onions, mushrooms ,and green peppers sauteed in beer. Need I say more?
Melt butter on medium heat in skillet. Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until soft.
Add garlic powder, brown sugar, steak sauce and beer.
Cook on low 15 minutes.
Put these babies on top of cooked steak or burgers. Even more awesome if the meat has melted parmesan or provolone cheese!
