No added sugar and only 3 ingredients. A great way to use up summer fruit!
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Mash the fruit with the back of your spoon as you are stirring. Serve with French toast, cheesecake, pancakes, ice cream, yogurt, toast or waffles.
