The earthiness of this spice blend, along with a bit of heat from the cayenne, makes this a wonderful spice mix to jazz up anything you put on the grill.
Add cumin seeds and black peppercorns to a small skillet and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring as spices roast.
Add everything to a spice grinder and grind until you have a fine powder.
Sprinkle this on chicken, beef, vegetables, or lamb, heck even fish before cooking on the grill or oven.
