This is so freaking delicious. I served it over French toast. It is like butter, maple syrup and a million times better all in one, so nothing else is needed on those little toasties!
It tastes like I imagine love tastes like.
1. Slice the bananas very thinly.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan on low heat so as to not burn it.
3. Add the maple syrup and the sugar and stir to dissolve all the sugar.
4. Add in the cream ad then the bananas.
5. Stir the mixture and increase the heat to simmer it for 5 minutes.
6. Serve over French toast or ice cream or anything! It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week!
