Lemony Tahini Sauce

Description
Creamy, smooth, lemony and just a wee bit garlicky, this Sesame Tahini Sauce provides the perfect dipping or drizzling sauce for hot falafel but it’s great as a salad dressing, too!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Sesame Tahini
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt Or Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice Or White Wine Vinegar If You Can't Get Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender, cover, and process on high speed until completely smooth. Taste and adjust lemon juice, salt and pepper to your liking. Serve over fried falafel or salad greens.
