Description

Try this spread on a sandwich or simply spread on crusty bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Feta Crumbles
  • ½ teaspoons Pure Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Softened Lightly Salted Butter
  • ¼ cups Pitted Kalamata Olive, Cut In Half (or Smaller, If Desired)
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Oregano

Preparation

In a bowl, whip feta, honey, and butter using a hand mixer on low speed. Add remaining ingredients and combine well.

Pack in an airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to use. I like to take a loaf of crusty Italian bread, smear this spread on thick, and broil until nicely toasted. Scrumptious!

Hi Cheryl. I made this yesterday and it was delicious. I just reduced the butter a bit otherwise I followed the recipe. I will be making this again for sure.
