Do-it-yourself chili seasoning to use instead of a store bought packet. Good for gluten-free/elimination diets that don’t allow for corn or wheat fillers that packets contain.
Mix all spices together. Makes 1 batch of (turkey) chili. Just substitute this for the standard 1-2 ounce packet of seasoning that your favorite chili recipe calls for.

Coriander and cilantro are the same thing, so why not just use 3/4 tsp of coriander powder?
