A friend gave me a version of this salad dressing years ago. It’s the only dressing my son Jordan will put on salad. I have it on hand as a marinade for chicken and fish. Also great tossed into cooked pasta.
Put all ingredients into a canning jar, put the lid on and shake it up.
Serve over a big bag of organic greens with goat cheese and toasted pine nuts, walnuts, or pecans.
