This is a refreshing and tasty way to liven up any meal. Just add a tab or two to finished chicken, pork or rice and allow it to melt.
Put the ginger into your food processor and pulse to chop. Next add the garlic clove and jalapeno and pulse some more. Stop the processor, scrape the contents down into the bottom of the bowl, add parsley and pulse it again. Last add the butter and salt and continue pulsing until you have a nice paste. Roll into a log, wrap in a piece of wax paper and freeze any that is not used. Stores for up to 3 months.
