Description

Throw out your prepacked spice mixes please!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika (if You Don't Have Smoked You Can Use Regular)
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

In an airtight container, add all of the ingredients. Place the lid on and make sure it is sealed completely and then shake it up until it is all mixed evenly. You can store the mix in the same airtight container and use on multiple occasions.

Yes! That is right. Sorry I know it is a little confusing just because of the format of entering the ingredients on TK. I hope you enjoy it!

Quick question…since the salt & pepper are listed twice on the recipe, does it mean we should add the quantities together? So there would be a total of 1 tablespoon PLUS 1 teaspoon of each in the mix? Thx…can’t wait to try this!
