Fresh, red chili peppers make this all-purpose condiment a household staple!
Remove stems and seeds from chili peppers. Place all ingredients in the food processor with the blade attachment. Pulse on high for 2 minutes. Strain mixture, reserving the solids for chili paste condiment and the liquid for use in cooking.
