Homemade Honey Mustard

Description
This sweet and tangy mustard is easy to throw together and goes great with roasted meats, sandwiches, or even hot dogs.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cups Sweet Pickle Brine
- ¼ cups Water
- ¼ cups Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until it begins to thickens, remove from heat and decant into serving container. Can be served hot or cold.
