The fastest ever, and a little more impressive than opening a jar. Make it as spicy as you want!
Combine the ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire in a bowl or airtight container.
Add as much Sriracha and cayenne as you’d like (I start with 1 teaspoon Sriracha and 2 sprinkles cayenne pepper). Stir, and add more horseradish, Sriracha, or cayenne pepper to your preference.
Serve with cold boiled shrimp and lemon wedges for an easy appetizer, or with your favorite seafood dinner.
