A dip from the Melting Pot restaurant. It’s creamy and complements any kind of meat.
Slice cream cheese into small sliced blocks (so it melts faster). In a microwave-safe container, pour in cream cheese and milk. Microwave for 2 minutes, whisking after each minute. The cream cheese will be melted after the first minute and become smooth after the second.
Finely chop an onion until you get 1 tablespoon. Add it into the bowl with the cream cheese and mix. Stir in sour cream, parsley and chives until well combined.
Refrigerate until cold. Serve on top of warm meat.
